We offer the following plans.
Medical Plans
Capgemini U.S. has a vested interest in the health and well-being of its employees. Capgemini also understands that every employee has different needs and priorities. That's why the Capgemini Medical Plan offers two levels of coverage under CIGNA Healthcare to its active employees who work at least 20 hours per week.
- Premier Open Access Plus
- Basic Open Access Plus
These plans cover eligible health care services received from any medical provider you choose; they pay a greater share of the cost when you use the doctors and hospitals in the network. Most in-network services are covered via co-payment and/or between 70% and 100% of the reasonable and customary cost, depending upon the level of coverage chosen. Out-of-network services are allowed and covered at 50%of the reasonable and customary cost Deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses are higher for out-of-network services. Prescription drug (including mail order services) and vision care benefits are available under each level of coverage. Coverage for same-sex domestic partners is available under the Medical Plan.
Dental Plan
Capgemini's Dental Plan has been designed to encourage good preventive care and maintenance of healthy teeth and gums. There are two levels of dental coverage available under the Capgemini Dental Plan, Enhanced and Basic coverage. Under both levels of coverage, diagnostic and preventive services (i.e. exams and cleanings) are covered at 100% of the reasonable and customary cost, and basic services are covered at 80% of the reasonable and customary cost. Depending upon the level of coverage chosen, major dental services (i.e. crowns and inlays) and orthodontic services are also covered at 50% of the reasonable and customary cost. A deductible may be required prior to receiving certain benefits. Coverage for same-sex domestic partners is available under the Dental Plan.
