Within campus recruiting in the US, Capgemini recruits individuals to join our firm as consultants and senior consultants. When you join us, you may be assigned to industry specific teams, such as Telecommunications or Media & Entertainment, competency specific teams, like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Strategy, Architecture, & Integration, or solution based teams, like Customer Relationship Management.

As a consultant, you'll generally work in a team environment along with functional and industry specialists to provide innovative solutions for your clients. You may work at an actual client site or in one of our local offices. Your clients may be located in the same city in which you live, or you may be required to travel to various client locations. You'll work alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to provide business solutions often utilizing technology to improve processes for our clients in areas such as supply chain operations, customer relationship management or finance and employee transformation and/or help identify, and proactively lead the development, implementation, and integration of innovative system solutions including methods, techniques, and tools designed to enhance the value of technology.
