Diversity Affinity Groups and Networks
At Capgemini, we stay committed in creating and retaining a diverse workforce and becoming a champion in diversity.
Diversity Advisory Board
We have a Diversity Advisory Board that consists of employees from local Diversity Affinity Groups. Through the Board, the Groups can share and coordinate their plans and activities, identify common needs, and discuss new initiatives and potential challenges.
Diversity Affinity Groups
We offer Diversity Affinity Groups, which sponsor outings such as cultural dinners and international festivals. Because we are a firm believer that our employees’ views should be heard, there are special interest networkswhere individuals can communicate ideas and concerns.
- Community Involvement - group participation in community events, fundraisers and charitable activities
- Cultural Dinners - organized nights out at ethnic restaurants
- International Festivals - social events featuring multicultural food, drink and entertainment
- Lending Libraries - create and maintain a lending library of language tapes, diversity training and other diversity-related materials
- Presentations - informational sessions at company meetings on the importance of diversity to our success, encouraging employees to get involved in an activity that interests them
- Professional Association Involvement - membership in and presentations to local chapters of professional associations, especially those with a diverse membership
We also have special-interest networks that operate either on a national or local office basis. These networks allow individuals to share ideas and concerns. Established or forming groups include the:

- Hispanic Employee Network
- Professional Women's Networks
Women at Capgemini
We have a mission to encourage greater gender diversity in the workforce by supporting the professional development and advancement of female employees within the company. We value the role women play in the company, and therefore, we place importance in nurturing and celebrating their development. Our women’s initiative is guided by the Women’s Council, which comprises of representatives from various regions. At Capgemini, we offer a Women’s Leadership Development Program, which is an 8 month program that includes training, mentoring, and coaching to help women become empowering business leaders.
