Recruiting and Sponsorships

Our recruiting organization taps a number of sources designed to identify diverse slates of candidates for all levels of positions. Diversity affinity groups work with local and national diversity professional associations to identify, interview and hire talented professionals from diverse backgrounds. Diversity campus team leads at our primary recruiting campuses are charged with seeking ways to continuously improve the diversity of our campus hires. Our internal teams work with the associations to build our recruiting networks and to create professional development opportunities such as conference presentations for our people.

Capgemini is building a network of partners in support of our efforts to expand our diversity initiatives. In addition, we sponsor and participate on a varying basis in career and job fairs hosted by a variety of professional associations and organizations that target diverse audiences such as:
