  Capgemini has invested in both technical and business skills training through NETg, SkillSoft, as well as custom developed WBLs.
• Virtual Learning Center (VLC)
  Video conference programs are one way to decrease the amount of travel needed to conduct training and meetings. Through the use of Capgemini's established video conference infrastructure, participants are able to attend sessions in many of their local offices.

To truly foster interactive learning, even over large distances, the VLC is a user-friendly means of communication and learning that can complement another distance learning approach or stand alone on the Intranet or Internet. Participants are given a URL and - without having to download anything - can access our intranet and participate in a video-conference, in which they hear and see the live presentation by the instructor. They can type in questions and receive real-time responses. Meanwhile, all participants, including the speaker, can view these questions and the responses from qualified experts.
