The purpose of Introduction to Capgemini is to provide every new hire with an overview of the information and tools needed for a confident beginning as a Capgemini employee.

The Capgemini On-boarding program provided a smooth transition from university life to the corporate world. The program equipped me with the skills and support structure needed to jump start my career. It also gave me the opportunity to travel and experience different cultures, such as India. For someone straight out of college, I could not imagine a better place to start my career.

This two-day course program covers our organization, policies, procedures, key tools and culture. You will be introduced to our tools, including staffing tools, learning systems, time and expense systems and performance management approach.
The Orientation experience is conducted in an interactive style, based on principles of adult learning and a variety of presentation channels.

Capgemini also provides a comprehensive On-Boarding program for Campus Hires involving an initial two-week program covering our organization, policies, procedures, key tools, culture, and workshops proving extensive training on being a consultant. Additionally, Campus Hires have the opportunity for international training in Mumbai, India following the two-week campus training program.
