Preparation
The Path to a Successful ASE DesignSession
Planning for your ASE session begins 4 weeks before the event. The client and Capgemini sponsors work together with the ASE facilitation team to scope the event and define what success looks like. This rigorous planning process builds the foundation for a transformative experience and the creation of deliverables that live beyond the event itself.
- Sponsor Planning Meeting
During this 3-4 Hour Meeting in ASE future participants will discuss the purpose, objectives, scope, possible outcomes, facts, and logistics of the ASE. - Preparation
In each of the four weeks leading up to the actual ASE 30-minute check-ins will be performed. During these short sessions we will begin to design the event, manage the logistics and prepare the facts decided upon in the Sponsor Planning Meeting, and determine the overall theme of the ASE. We will also create and send invites to other appropriate recipients as necessary. - Sponsor Walkthrough
In another 3-4 hour meeting in the ASE we will conduct a final design review, build team lists and review predetermined assignments making sure all the participants will be on the same page before the ASE actually commences. - The Event
After everything has been prepared the ASE actually begins and participants see the promise of the ASE being fulfilled with each passing, collaborative minute. Solutions will be created, issues resolved and decisions made. The company will create action plans on the spot, assigning ownership and accountability to individuals, and build momentum fuel them as participants return to the office. - Implement!
