Not a “One Size Fits All” Approach
Each session is designed collaboratively with you to meet your business situation. Here are some ASE services to help identify and address your needs:
- The Discovery Day (4 - 5 hours) gives the organization an opportunity to explore how Capgemini's Accelerated Solutions Environment can make a significant impact on pressing business issues.
- The Project Launch (1 - 3 days) allows the group to align and mobilize a project team by engaging in a rigorous, collaborative project planning process. ASE events built into the project lifecycle typically follow the initial workshop.
- The DesignSession (1 - 3 days) constitutes the flagship of all ASE services. It is an opportunity to accelerate complex decisions that usually involve many stakeholders. Using our experienced facilitation team, large-scale change model and creative workspace, we help propel clients through strategy/solution design and into implementation. We address mission-critical issues in these sessions that affect multiple levels of an organization.
- A Rapid Solutions Workshop (RSW) (1 - 5 days) is a 1-5 day collaborative design session to accelerate the delivery of critical technologies.
- A Collaboration Station is a unique combination of a dedicated environment, trained facilitation support, and acceleration techniques used to increase productivity, lower risk, enhance stakeholder support and improve quality in project delivery. We deploy the Collaboration Station at a project site for long or short term use to deliver multiple workshops.
- A Mobile ASE allows the power and magic of the ASE to go anywhere in the world at any time!
