• Mobile Service &Maintenance (MSM) gives service and maintenance technicians “anytime, anywhere” access to critical, real-time data. They can view work orders, confirm times and materials, reserve materials, and update an order’s status — anywhere and anytime — from their mobile devices.
• Data Collection Accelerators for SAP Inventory and Warehouse Transactions gives mobile workers the power to collect and share critical information, about inventory, warehousing, and shop floor operations. They can interface real-time with the SAP back end from radio frequency (RF) devices. As data become both timely and reliable, SAP becomes the single version of the truth needed for better decision making.
